Minionverse is a virtual, Play to Earn, and PvP game that combines Tower Defense and Trading Card Game modes.

Minionverse has delivered a whole new kind of free-to-play game to the Web3 market. The first game, Minionverse Tower Defense, is now entirely playable, which is the nicest part for early adopters. The entire Minionverse will run on BNB Chain and use the $MIVRS token. Moreover, gamers will be able to play the games nearly anywhere and on any device. They will be made available on Android, iOS, and PC. These two elements, together with the fun gameplay, may result in a sizable user base and a lot of potential Minioverse NFT purchasers.

Minionverse Review

The first game to be released, Minionverse Tower Defense, combines a trading card game with the traditional tower defense genre. However, NFT support and the play-to-earn mechanism make up the third layer that sits on top of those two components. Together, they create an original form of entertainment, which according to Minionverse, is the first free-to-play game.

Tokenomics

The game uses its own $MIVRS token. The $MIVRS token allows the players to do more than just enhance their deck. Towers can be purchased to protect your base. With $MIVRS, you can purchase minions that are more impressive or effective, or even a dragon egg to breed a guardian for your base.

NFTs

Towers, heroes, and dragons are all NFT items and aren’t sunk costs because players can sell them at any moment, making them more of an investment. Gratis minting, sometimes known as “lazy minting,” is the practice of minting NFTs right away. Additionally, by enabling the production of NFTs without any upfront fees, the idea lowers the entrance barrier for NFT makers.

The transaction that allocates the NFT to the buyer includes the gas fees for minting, so the NFT creator never has to pay to mint. Instead, part of the purchase price is used to pay for the extra gas required to make the first NFT record.
